Lance is Casey's 20 years old brother. He hasn't seen his sister in about oh 8 years now since they got separated after getting to New York. Up to player what he's been up to in all those years. He's a moderately strong pyrokinetic and as a secondary power to that, he can also create smoke screens with his body. Personality and Appearance and PB are pretty much up to you. Course he'd have to look like he could be Casey's sister (her PB is Elyse Levesque) And this is Casey's bio for the history and all. Would love for someone to take him up.
